Montserrat rock climbing GAM del Bisbe
Climbing in the Region of the Frares Encantats de Montserrat is already an experience. If, in addition, the route you choose is the GAM del Bisbe, success is guaranteed.
The GAM del Bisbe is one of Montserrat's best!. This rock climbing route follows a crack and chimnies for the first three pitches. Pitch four can be considered the best free-sport slab climb in this area, sustained in 6b/c, but not mandatory because of the many bolts in place.
Pitches 5 and 6 continue in a pleasant face climb on a gorgeous rock to arrive at the final one, a kind of boulder problem, short and challenging overhang movement.
Bisbe's north shape and altive position, along with the bomb-proof equipment in place, makes this climbing route a must for all visitors!!
